BroadSoft Acquires VoIP Competitor (MultiChannel News)
BroadSoft, a provider of voice-over-Internet-Protocol applications for cable and telecommunications providers, announced Monday it has acquired privately held Sylantro Systems, a competing VoIP systems vendor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
